Reiki Level 1 (First Degree): Self-Care and Self-Healing with Reiki

This introductory 1-day course will provide you with a solid foundation of Reiki. Learn more about how Energy flows through each living being and how we can tap into this energy for self-healing.

In a small group, you will practice the hand positions and work with the symbols, giving practice Reiki treatments to one another.

Receive the Second Degree Attunement deepening your connection/awareness of Life Force Energy.
