WOMEN’S WISDOM SELF-CARE YOGA RETREAT

RETREAT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This retreat takes place from May 25 to June 1, 2019  in Ecuador and is led by Yoga con Karla-Karla Rodas.

Release of Liability

We accept no liability for loss, damage, injury or illnesses that may occur during the

retreat or traveling to and from the retreat.

We strongly recommend that you have adequate travel, cancellation and medical

insurance for the duration of the trip.

All yoga, meditation and other activities are done at the sole discretion of the retreat

participant. Each participant is responsible for consulting with a physician prior to and

regarding his/her participation in this yoga retreat. Participants assume full responsibility

for any injuries or damages, known or unknown, which might occur as a result of his/her

participation.

All of our retreats, workshops and events need a minimum number of students in order

to take place. If we must cancel the retreat due to low enrollment, we will do so at least

30 days prior to the retreat and we will issue a full refund to all enrolled clients as soon as

possible.

If unforeseen circumstances beyond our control occur, due to weather, natural disaster

or political upheaval, we cannot guarantee a refund – it will be dependent on whether

we receive a refund from the venue / tour operator with whom we work. To protect

against these risks, we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance.

Cancellation Policy

If student needs to cancel the retreat:

 Deposits are non-refundable

- There is a $50 processing fee with any cancellation

- Between 90-61 days prior to departure there is a cancellation fee of 25% of the original

retreat price

- Between 60-31 days prior to departure there is a cancellation fee of 40% of the original

trip price

- We unfortunately cannot offer a refund if you have to cancel less than 30 days prior to

Departure

- Retreats  are non-transferable

If teacher/retreat leader needs to cancel the retreat:

-We reserve the right to make any necessary alterations and substitutions to the

program and the itinerary at any time, guaranteeing to do so for an equal or superior

option.
