Yoga+Meditation+Journaling Workshop

So excited to be sharing my love of yoga and writing with all of you. Journaling is deeply healing and helpful to me as a way to sort through my emotions and to gain deeper insight into what I'm experiencing. This workshop will merge yoga and journaling to cultivate creativity, mindfulness and self-discovery. I'll provide guidance and tools for you to easily integrate the mindful practice of journaling in your daily lives.
